Meanwhile, back in Texas, where they aren’t letting are kids walk…

May 25th, 2007 – 5:34 pm

This story writes itself, so I’ll keep this short and sweet.
Down in Fort Worth Texas, there are some seniors (one of whom completed this year with a “3.5″ GPA) who wont be walking across the stage at graduation.
As it turns out, they failed to pass the state’s standerized standarized test, and thus they do not [...]

There are two relativly famous chat bots out on the internet… ALICE and Jabberwacky.
ALICE was created by Richard Wallace who hand wrote thousands of possible conversational phrases and added them to the bot’s database.
Jabberwacky, created by Rollo Carpenter, keeps track of everything people say to it, and tries to reuse them in future conversations.
Both chatbots [...]

The National Weather Service, in it’s latest monthly forecast (as reported by Reuters) stated that:
Temperatures and precipitation in the Midwest have an equal chance of being above or below normal in June… The government forecast dovetailed with recent private forecasts which predicted that temperatures in the Northeast and Midwest, both big natural gas consuming regions, [...]

If you spend even a fraction of the time on the internets that I do, you have no doubt seen this girl.

Once upon a time there was a movie called “Silent Night, Deadly Night.” It sucked real bad, so the studio did the only thing it could, and made a sequel.
Originally the producers of the first film were tasked with making the sequel without shooting any new scenes. They were told to re-edit all the original [...]

I was walking into the mall the other day when I noticed this movie poster:

It’s promoting the new movie Delta Farce starting Larry the Cable Guy.
Whatever… I understand that there is a specific subset of the population that are having spontaneous orgasms in their cut-offs over this film…
…but was there really the need to shit [...]

Well, I spent the weekend in NYC and it was grand. There is plenty that happened to me that I for one reason or another probably shouldn’t share in such an open forum, but here is some stuff I can!
It started when I parked my car at the train station and I noticed something over [...]

Much to my dismay I just learnt that today is “Star Wars Day.”
So without further ado…
